Weight Loss Program

$425/visit- Initial Weight loss consultation

  • 60-90 minute comprehensive evaluation

  • Muscle mass, body fat and metabolism evaluation with Inbody 570

  • Labs and imaging orders if appropriate

  • If diagnostic testing ordered, will include review of results and for treatment planning

  • Individualized medication regimen will be prescribed if indicated

  • Prescriptions requiring prior authorization included

  • Receive a starter packet with personalized macronutrient recommendations, meal planning guide and resistance band and starter exercise.

$200/month- Intensive Program

  • Starts after initial consultation.

  • Includes monthly visits or more as needed, every visit includes nutrition and exercise counseling, evaluation of medications and adjustments as needed

  • Monthly body composition and metabolism analysis

  • Unlimited phone calls, messages, communications on patient’s behalf, telemedicine and additional in person visits as needed with Dr. Borensztein

  • Members can utilize one-on-one texting with Dr. Borensztein for any concerns or questions that they may have

  • Option for biweekly weigh-ins

  • Patients will receive access to members-only site with recipe links, blog posts. The members-only site also includes a workout program especially designed for Health You members

  • After 6 months, option to continue with intensive monthly program, or can downgrade to maintenance program

$250/visit- Weight maintenance program

After patients have completed their 6-month intensive program, they can move towards the maintenance program, that would typically include check-in visits every 3-6 months, these visits will include body composition analysis and counseling.

$40/visit- InBody Body composition analysis

Body composition and metabolism analysis with our InBody 570, available to anybody, whether or not they are established patients in our practice

Endocrine Care

New Patient Consultation: $400

Includes a 60-minute a comprehensive clinical evaluation with labs and imaging orders if appropriate. If diagnostic testing ordered, will include review of results and treatment planning. Medications will be prescribed if indicated. Prescriptions requiring prior authorization included.

Monthly Membership

$125/month or

$1350/year (Receive 10% discount when purchased as annual membership)

Ideal for patients requiring 2-3 or more visits a year.

  • Annual Body Composition Scale Analysis

  • Downloads of CGMs and Insulin pumps

Fee For Service

$250/visit

Includes in person and telehealth visits. Other services may be billed separately.
Recommended for those requiring only 1-2 visits per year.

This model is designed for more limited communications between visits.

More complex clinical questions will require a visit as determined by Dr. Borensztein.
