Option for biweekly weigh-ins
Patients will receive access to members-only site with recipe links, blog posts. The members-only site also includes a workout program especially designed for Health You members
After 6 months, option to continue with intensive monthly program, or can downgrade to maintenance program

After patients have completed their 6-month intensive program, they can move towards the maintenance program, that would typically include check-in visits every 3-6 months, these visits will include body composition analysis,, medication adjustments as needed and counseling.
