A Note About Our Pricing — Healthy You Endocrinology

A note about
what's ahead.

New pricing begins October 1, 2026

I founded Healthy You in April 2024 because I wanted to build a practice where patients felt truly seen and cared for, not rushed through a system. Every single day, it is an honor and a joy to walk alongside you in your health journey, and getting to know each of you has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

We are so excited about how our practice continues to grow, and we are deeply grateful for your trust and support along the way. It is because of patients like you that we've been able to build the practice we have today.

As demand for our services has grown, so has the need to adjust our pricing — for the first time since we opened our doors — in order to continue providing the highest level of care you've come to expect from us.

I want to be transparent with you about what's changing, what to expect, and how to lock in today's rates before October 1.

§

What's changing

Our new rates, effective October 1, 2026.

A modest adjustment across our services. Here's exactly what's shifting — and what our best-value option looks like.

New Patient Visit
Your comprehensive first appointment
$450
Non-Member Follow-Up
Standard follow-up visit for non-members
$275
Extended Visit
Non-member visits that run long or require re-establishment
$300
Weight Loss Membership
Ongoing GLP-1 and obesity medicine care
$215/mo
Endocrine MembershipPrice unchanged
Ongoing care for thyroid, PCOS/PMOS, menopause, and more — our rate is not changing
$125/mo

Please note

A word about extended visits.

If it has been over a year since your last visit, or if a follow-up visit extends beyond 45 minutes, and you are not a member, an extended visit charge of $300 will apply. This helps us protect the unhurried time that complex care actually requires.

Before October 1

Lock in today's rates before they change.

Two ways to make the most of current pricing — whether you're new to Healthy You, or you've been thinking about becoming a member.

For prospective patients

Book your first visit before October 1.

If you've been considering care — whether for thyroid concerns, menopause, weight loss, PCOS, or a full endocrine workup — scheduling before October 1 lets you lock in our current new-patient rate. Our fall calendar is filling quickly.

A closer look

Why the Endocrine Membership is our best value.

Designed for anyone managing an ongoing endocrine condition — thyroid disease, PCOS/PMOS, perimenopause and menopause, prediabetes, adrenal issues, bone health — who wants real continuity of care without the friction of the insurance system.

  • Priority scheduling. Members are seen first — often within a week.
  • Direct access to your provider. Message me directly for questions between visits — no phone tree, no gatekeeping.
  • No extended-visit fees, ever. Complex conversations don't get cut short or upcharged.
  • Truly integrated care. Thyroid, menopause, PCOS, and metabolic health — managed together, not in silos.
  • Unhurried visits. Real time to think, ask, and adjust — not a 12-minute clock.
  • Evidence-based, stigma-free. The kind of care that reads your labs and listens to your story.
  • Our price is not changing. The Endocrine Membership rate remains $125/month — the same great value it's always been.

Common questions

What to expect.

Is the Endocrine Membership price changing?
No. The Endocrine Membership will remain $125/month — the same rate it's always been.
Can I still book a first visit at the current rate?
Yes. Any new patient visit scheduled and completed before October 1, 2026 is billed at our current new-patient rate. Book early — our fall calendar fills quickly.
Should I still consider joining the Endocrine Membership now?
Yes. While the membership price itself isn't changing, joining is the surest way to avoid the new higher non-member visit and extended-visit fees. You'll also gain priority scheduling, direct provider access, and unhurried visits — the same benefits members have always had.
When does the $300 extended visit fee apply?
Only for non-members, in two situations: (1) if it has been over a year since your last visit, or (2) if a follow-up visit runs beyond 45 minutes. Members are never charged this fee.
What's the difference between the two memberships?
The Endocrine Membership ($125/month) is for ongoing endocrine care — thyroid, PCOS/PMOS, menopause, bone health, adrenal issues, and general endocrinology. The Weight Loss Membership ($215/month) is for patients actively pursuing medical weight loss with GLP-1 or other obesity medicine therapy, and includes closer follow-up specific to that care.
Do you accept insurance?
Healthy You operates as a direct care practice outside of commercial insurance. We provide detailed superbills you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement, and we accept HSA and FSA payments.
I still have questions. How do I reach you?
The best way is to email us or call the office at 856-559-7616. I personally read messages from patients and prospective patients — we'll get you an answer.

Thank you, truly.

The trust you place in us is not something I take lightly. Every patient who chooses Healthy You allows me to keep building the kind of practice I believe medicine should look like — personal, patient, and grounded in evidence.

With gratitude,

Dr. Alejandra Borensztein
