Yes — this is one of the most common reasons patients come to us. A "normal" TSH doesn't always mean optimal thyroid function, sometimes, small adjustments make a big difference. We evaluate the full picture and take your symptoms seriously.

Synthetic T3 is prescribed when combination therapy is appropriate — for precision and individualized dosing
Natural Dessicated Thyroid (NDT) is not prescribed due to batch-to-batch dosing inconsistencies and excessive T3 quantities

Thyroid nodules are very common, and most are benign — but they need proper evaluation and monitoring. Dr. Borensztein will review your ultrasound, apply current ATA and TIRADS guidelines, coordinate biopsy if indicated, and set up an appropriate surveillance plan. You won't be left wondering what comes next.

Healthy You operates on a direct care (membership) model. We do not bill insurance for visits, which means no prior authorizations for your appointment, no surprise bills, and unlimited access to Dr. Borensztein. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds. We are happy to provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Prescriptions, labs, and devices can still go through your insurance.
